This policy explains what happens to information when you use AirbnbEarnCalc. The site is published by Numerlyn LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: contactnumerlyn@gmail.com.
The calculator runs in your browser using JavaScript. The numbers you type, such as your nightly rate or fixed costs, are used to compute the result on your own device. They are not sent to us, not saved in a database and not tied to your identity. When you refresh or close the page, the values are gone.
You do not need an account to use the site, and the site does not ask for your name, address or payment details. The contact page lists an email address; if you write to us, we receive the content of your message and your email address, and we use them only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time of the request. We use this only to operate and secure the site.
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful. We may also show ads through Google AdSense. These services are not necessarily active today and will be switched on later. When they are active, they may set cookies or use similar identifiers and collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details. Google describes its practices at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. If we enable them, we will keep this policy up to date.
The site itself does not need cookies to run the calculator. Cookies may be set by analytics or advertising services once enabled. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the calculator will still work. Google also provides ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
Some pages link to government and other external sites, for example IRS publications. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
The site is intended for adults who are considering renting property and is not directed to children.
If you want to ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete a message you sent, email contactnumerlyn@gmail.com and tell us what you want. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
We may update this policy when the site changes, for example when analytics or advertising are enabled. The current version is always on this page.
We do not have affiliate partnerships, and we do not sell the numbers you enter into the calculator, because we never receive them.
